Leponiemi offers a cozy retreat ideal for workgroups or vacations. This traditional house spans three floors with sleeping arrangements for 4+3 guests. The top floor features two bedrooms and a toilet. The middle floor hosts a kitchen equipped with standard appliances, a toilet, a living room with a sofa bed, and a sitting room with a wooden sofa. The ground floor includes a fireplace room with a bed, a shower, an electric sauna, an office with an electric desk, and a laundry room. Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee, and the house undergoes thorough cleaning after each stay.

Access to the Saarijärvi beach is via steep stairs. The beach is shallow with a sandy bottom near the shore and becomes deeper with reeds and muddy ground further out. There’s a pier and a rowing boat available. In summer, a stand-up paddleboard is provided, and a hot tub can be rented separately.
