The rustic inn by the shore of the lake Katajajärvi offers services from bed & breakfast to tailor-made riding and farm holidays all year round. Breakfast includes fresh organic house baguette, half board available on order. Full board for groups. Meeting and celebration services in our pleasant main hall.

Purola Farm is an organic farm, where sustainability is important. The farm is a member of the organic tourism federation, and, in the summer of 2020, Business Finland awarded it the Sustainable Travel Finland quality certificate.

Riding trips on Icelandic horses with additional services can be tailored to the customer’s needs, but we also offer ready-made trips lasting from 2 hours to up to half a day. Over 100 km of cross-country trails available. There are 10 Icelandic horses. The stable is a member of the Finnish Riders’ Federation and the Finnish Icelandic Horse Association, and a winner of the Finnish Trail Riding Association’s Priimatalli certificate.

The main building has accommodations on two floors (total 16+2 beds/6 rooms) with sauna and shower facilities, there is also a summer granary in the area (4 beds) as well as a traditional log beach sauna and 5 goahti shelters by the riding trails.

There is plenty of room for children to play on the yard. Our services also include yoga, guided forest hikes, honey and peat treatments, and peat sauna baths. In the winter, the ski trail network is accessible from the yard.
