Fitness

A 25-meter fitness pool with four tracks and low jumping podiums is good for fitness swimming and aquajogging. Aquajogging belts are available at the swimming hall.

You can relax in the therapy pool with water massage spots and a whirlpool rest area. There is additionally a whirlpool bath and a cold water pool in the hall. A sauna and a steam sauna are available for relaxing and warming up after swimming.

There is 36-meter waterslide and a children’s pool for kids and those of a youthful disposition, where the deepest point is one meter deep.

GYMS

Whether you want to run on a treadmill, punch a bag, or work on your abs, gyms provide you with everything you need for a complete workout!

In addition to the broad selection of TechnoGym equipment upstairs, there is a free-weight room downstairs for the heavy lifters! Set what ever weights you want on all equipment. When the Aarresaari centre is closed in the summer, you can buy gym cards at the café Frisee at the address Kauppakatu 1, 43100 Saarijärvi.

MASSAGE CENTRE KUNTO-KARI

Trained osteopath / physical therapist Kari Nuopponen works in the same building where Aarresaari is.
