GENTRY HOME MUSEUM AND RUNEBERG
GENTRY HOME MUSEUM AND RUNEBERG EXHIBIT
The gentry home museum operates in a building dating back to the 1780s. There, you can see how our national poet J. L. Runeberg lived during his years at Saarijärvi and how the gentry lived in the past.
There is an exhibit upstairs with the room in which Runeberg lived while working as a private tutor.
