Owned by the Finnish Yoga Federation, the Yoga Institute has been providing yoga courses since 1973. Enjoy yoga in a homely environment in the middle of nature. Calm and peaceful surroundings provide the best conditions for getting into yoga. The Institute offers member courses throughout the year, and even for beginners. The courses focus on different yoga themes. The courses last for a weekend or up to a whole week. The teachers are experienced and meritorious yoga teachers from all over Finland. The training of yoga teachers is also centred on the Yoga Institute. The courses offer delicious and diverse vegetarian dishes, including fully vegan ones, using as much locally sourced and grown foods as possible.
